General Guidelines For Publication

Ngazargamu International Journal is committed to publishing well-researched articles based on the following rules and conditions:
1. Articles should contribute to the course of achieving the goals of the Journal;
2. It should not be published or accepted for publication elsewhere;
3. It should also not be part of already published works;
4. Researchers should take into account the basic standards and accepted methodology of academic research;
5. It must be characterized by innovative and scientific approaches;
6. The literature review must fully acknowledge previous studies on the subject of study;
7. Article must contain an abstract both in Arabic and English Languages, not exceeding one page, which must include the major research components such as the objectives, structure, methodology and findings;
8. Number of pages should not exceed twenty (A4) and not less than ten pages;
9. Researchers should provide a brief citation of his/her academic profile, containing full institutional address and contact details;
10. Researchers should submit an electronic version of his/her article (in the form of Word and PDF) to ngazargamujournal2021@ysu.edu.ng or ngazargamujournal2021@gmail.com;
11. Once published, researchers cannot re-publish his/her research without a written permission from the Department; and
12. Papers submitted for publication must be free from plagiarism, grammatical and spelling mistakes.
